Meet the Internet People behind Internet People
MJ Mayes is the creator of Bare Minimum Monday and an advocate for helping neurodivergent people get things done without burning out. She’s passionate about helping digital creators show up online without losing their minds and believes slow, steady progress beats burnout every time.
When she’s not on the Internet, she’s taking trivia night way too seriously, reading fiction, or playing fetch with her cat, Kevin.
Anna Seirian helps women identify the sweet spot between ambition and softness, because she believes you shouldn’t have to choose between your big dream and your nervous system. She teaches mindfulness, productivity, and creativity strategies for women with ADHD.
Offline, you can find her reading narrative non-fiction, trying to get her first pull-up at the gym, or putzing around outside with her tiny, ancient Shih-tsu Bok Choy.
Anna and MJ met as TikTok creators in 2021 while transitioning to creative careers.
They were both burned out from many years of squeezing themselves into traditional careers (and neurotypical boxes.)
As late-diagnosed ADHD creatives, they bonded over a shared love of using the Internet for good, creating value with digital content, and helping ADHD creatives find productivity strategies that actually work for their brains.
